Goals of 2017
Get ripped six pack abs
Battle Plan: To get six pack abs by the end of this semester, I hope to work out 2 or 3 days every week. In these workouts, I plan to do about 100 crunches to focus on strengthening my core and building the abs. In previous workouts, I try to find time for exercise, but i fall short due to procrastination with youtube and video games. I hope to stay motivated and get good results this semester.
Get at least one salad every week in this class
Battle Plan: I tend to have an issue with my choice of lunch where my meal tends to lie on the unhealthy side of the spectrum. This semester, I want to change my eating norms by forcing myself to buy salads or other healthier forms of lunch.
